HBN Online's primary service is to enable accommodation providers to offer online reservations under their total control from their own website.

The hotels themselves input the availability and their best internet rates for their property or any seasonal offers they may have through the web based online system.

Each user accesses their back office through our secure password system.
Once the guest has made a booking from the Hotel's website, the guest gets an instant confirmation by email giving him a unique Booking Reference which he then can amend or cancel the booking made online.  Of course the cancellation policy of the hotel is respected in this matter.

The hotel gets an email and fax notifications of booking done through its website.  Any cancellation or amendments of the bookings are also been notified to hoteliers by Fax and Email.  The hotel gets email for each denial as well meaning a potential trying to book the hotel on a certain date where the hotel has closed out or if the inventory is gone lower, the system send an email alert to the hotel informing them to increase the allocation.
